Dehydrated Beets


Ingredients:

  • 6 Beets, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/4 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 C. Water
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions:
  • Mix Vinegar, Water, and Olive Oil together
  • Pour over beet slices, toss with hands
  • Allow mix to sit for 10 minutes
  • Dehydrate @ 145 for 1 hour
  • Decrease temp to 125, dehydrate for another 4-6 hours
