Ingredients:
- 6 Beets, Thinly Sliced
- 1/4 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 C. Water
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions:
- Mix Vinegar, Water, and Olive Oil together
- Pour over beet slices, toss with hands
- Allow mix to sit for 10 minutes
- Dehydrate @ 145 for 1 hour
- Decrease temp to 125, dehydrate for another 4-6 hours
