Granola "Cookies"


Ingredients:
6 ripe bananas
2.5 c. rolled oats
1 c. applesauce
3 handfuls pumpkin seeds/1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. ground flax
1 c. dried cherries/cranberries

Directions:
1 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
2 - Using a fork, mash the bananas in a bowl. 
3 - Stir in the remaining ingredients. 
4 - Mix batter well. 
5 - Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a lined cookie sheet. 
6 - Bake for 20 minutes.

Freezer friendly!
