Salmon Jerky

Ingredients:
A couple fillets of wild salmon (about 15oz each)
Pinch of sea salt
Couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Couple dashes of Tabasco Sauce
1 tablespoon of Paprika
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoon of honey

1: Slice salmon, roughly 1/4" strips
2: Marinate salmon for 8-24 hours
3: Dehydrate salmon strips @ 155 for about 6-8 hours
4: Store in freezer for up to a year
